We’re tech partners on around 25 ongoing digital transformation projects. We run a couple of internal products. My post is not an exhaustive list of all the wins that are happening across the board. It’s just a way to structure my thoughts and share what’s going on in a self-managing company like ours.
Some of the service and product initiatives are still being made in the shadows, while others are successful and growing.
Because of this, I view Camplight as an expanding ecosystem, not just a service venture agency. (who’s with me on cybernetics as type of ecology? :))
From my optics, we have a couple of major announcements going on:
Product Highlight: Team Decision-Making Masterclass
The first one is that we’re launching our own Team Decision Making Masterclass.
The idea is to help onboarding new camplighters but also to help other teams who are struggling with self-management.
We have lined up a couple of affiliates, and we have our first workshops scheduled for companies that want to improve their decision-making.
We had a lot of fun making it and tried to instill our happiness in it. Here are some behind-the-scenes pictures of us discussing the script or enjoying a small whiskey drink to loosen up. (don’t judge! I know a lot of people are doing it, haha)

Product Highlight: Team-GPT 3.0
The second major highlight is that Team-GPT is launching its version 3.0 geared towards marketing teams.
We are the early venture builder behind Team-GPT, and now it’s a successful spin-out.
The team has been working on the product for 9m+. They’ve won many deals, lost some too; athey’ve nalyzed what makes people stay and what makes people churn.
All the incremental improvements have stacked up enough for them to bump the version from 2.0 to 3.0
They have grown to $800k ARR meanwhile and gonna use that and the latest $4.5M seed funding round to bring in the AI landscape something truly impressive.
You can try 2 weeks for free. There’s also a limited time offer: 3 months free for annual team plans (expires July 8th)
They’ve polished a lot and have packaged all this functionality nicely:
Chats, Pages, Chat+Chat, Chat+Page (attached screenshot), Agentic tools, Projects, Project knowledge, Integrations (Google Drive, One Drive, Sharepoint, Notion), Prompt Library, Context library, Context handling, Split view, Streamlined UX, Images (from the cool ones), Reporting, PLG, automated onboarding, and so much more… They ship 2x per week, here are all their release notes for the last 12 months.
Partner Highlight: Aidhub
We partnered with AcademyFirstAid to help them in a digital transformation towards having a digital product.
They approach us with a rather difficult task.
“Let’s create an app that helps people in emergency situations”.
After tackling this challenge, a lot of hours of research, back and forth innovation we came up with a working prototype. Soon we gonna package it further as a product.
We received an impressive testimonial from them, and I’m happy to share it as it was delivered on a call:
Partner Highlight: Panther Peak Studios has launched!
Turns out content creators and influencers are not having the correct tools to diversify their income. Hence, they rely on YouTube and other platform hegemonies to give them breadcrumbs.
I consume a lot of documentaries and educational videos on youtube and this got me really inspired to know that camplight is involved in trying to fix this space.
We’re partnering to launch a digital transformation platform that helps content creators and their teams to diversify income and become more resilient.
Do you know a content creator with >300k subscribers? Panther Peak Studios is searching for its first early adopters.
Partner Highlight: Videnie.space
We worked closely on the digital presence of videnie.space – the idea was to create a website that can match the immersive experience provided by the art installations and space.
I’m not involved in the delivery, but from the sidelines, it looks cool to know that we support such initiatives. They even have a program for kids: “the exhibition is designed to inspire children to discover, experiment and learn through play. It combines fun and knowledge in an unforgettable experience that expands the imagination and stimulates interest in science and art.”
Sounds really cool!
Happiness and wellbeing
Inside camplight we’re struggling to focus and facilitate the right things. One of these initiatives is the focus on a productive and healthy workplace.
We started measuring physical and emotional levels alongside our happiness index.
It’s not like we’re superheroes that can save the day if things are burning but it makes a lot of sense, actually, to focus on those metrics internally more than profits.
Purpose over profit can be a guiding star for a better working environment in the long-term.
I’m surprised that this is not the norm, actually.
To be honest, after reviewing this, I recognized I feel depleted. So I plan to prioritize my well-being more during the summer season, so I show up better for the camplight community.
