What you’ll be working on?
As a key member of our “Always Hiring” initiative, you’ll play a vital role in our HR and recruitment processes, ensuring that we attract and onboard top talent efficiently. In addition to your primary HR responsibilities, you’ll also support our sales and marketing efforts, collaborating closely with a diverse team of co-owners and senior employees. This role offers you the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across HR, sales, and marketing, all while contributing to the growth and success of our cooperative.
Your Role
As a Junior HR and Business Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to support our HR processes, ensuring our recruitment efforts run seamlessly from start to finish. You will actively participate in every stage of the recruitment process, including preparing job descriptions, screening candidates, managing communication with candidates, and assisting with the onboarding of new team members.
Beyond your HR duties, you’ll also contribute to our sales and marketing efforts, such as aiding in the migration to a new CRM tool, and supporting various administrative tasks. You’ll work closely with co-owners and senior employees of the cooperative, where your strong organizational skills and proactive approach will be instrumental in continuously enhancing our processes and scaling our operations effectively.

- Experience with administrative tasks or project management tools like Trello.
