Are you a game engine developer who loves building immersive real-time experiences across multiple engines?

Join Camplight and help shape a next-generation interactive product where cutting-edge real-time technology, performance, and creativity come together.

What you’ll be working on?

We are partnering on an ambitious product-focused project centered around building high-performance real-time 3D applications.

The project involves developing a cross-engine interactive experience, primarily in Unreal Engine, with additional development and tooling in Godot. The product combines real-time rendering, gameplay systems, simulation logic, and custom engine-level features. You’ll be contributing to core mechanics, performance optimization, tooling, and architectural decisions that influence how the product evolves long term.

The end result is a polished, scalable real-time application with a strong focus on maintainability, performance, and user experience.

Your Role

You will take ownership of designing and implementing features across Unreal Engine and Godot, working closely with one other Camplight engineer and our partner.

Your responsibilities will include building gameplay and system logic, extending engine functionality where needed, optimizing performance, and helping define best practices for a multi-engine setup. You’ll be involved from early technical decisions through production, with a strong voice in architecture, tooling, and workflows.

A solid understanding of real-time systems, rendering pipelines, and engine internals will be essential.
