We are looking for experienced integration engineers to support a significant increase in demand, helping integrate MSDP into customer networks through robust ticketing and monitoring system integrations.

What you’ll be working on?

We are supporting a large-scale integration initiative focused on connecting MSDP into customer network ecosystems. As customer onboarding accelerates, there is a growing need for specialists who can build and optimize integrations across enterprise service assurance and operational support systems.

The primary focus areas include:

  • Developing B2B interfaces between our Trouble Ticketing system and customer environments
  • Designing and implementing integrations with Remedy-based ITSM systems
  • Building and supporting integrations related to Netcool environments
  • Ensuring reliable data exchange across operational monitoring and incident management platforms
  • Supporting customer-specific network integration requirements

This is a hands-on technical role where your work will directly impact operational reliability, incident response workflows, and enterprise service delivery.

Your Role

As a Remedy / Netcool Integration Engineer, you will take ownership of designing, developing, and maintaining critical system integrations.

You will collaborate closely with Camplight engineers, customer stakeholders, and technical delivery teams to ensure seamless interoperability between enterprise systems.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing integrations between internal Trouble Ticketing systems and customer Remedy environments
  • Building and maintaining B2B interface solutions
  • Implementing Netcool-related integrations and configurations
  • Troubleshooting integration issues across customer network environments
  • Supporting onboarding and deployment activities for MSDP customer integrations
  • Ensuring system reliability, performance, and data consistency
  • Working closely with stakeholders to understand technical requirements and translate them into scalable solutions

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience with BMC Remedy
  • Proven experience developing integrations with Remedy-based ticketing systems
  • Experience building B2B interface integrations
  • Strong integration experience with IBM Netcool
  • Experience working with enterprise monitoring and incident management systems
  • Strong understanding of system-to-system integration patterns
  • Experience with APIs, messaging protocols, and enterprise integration middleware
  • Experience troubleshooting distributed integration environments
  • Familiarity with network operations or telecom-related environments is a strong plus
  • Experience working in customer-facing technical delivery projects
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
