What you’ll be working on?
We are building an AI Observability platform for teams developing LLM applications and agents.
The goal is not simply to provide another tool for teams to configure. Observability should be created automatically when teams are provisioned with LLM credentials, granted model access, or deploy an agent. Projects, access, collection defaults, ownership metadata, retention, and redaction should be created through workflows teams already use.
The platform’s data must also flow into the wider engineering ecosystem. For example, an internal agent registry may need to display current evaluation results, while alerts and operational signals should reach the systems where teams work every day.
Your Role
Your role will involve building the integration layer between the AI Observability platform and the systems around it.
You will create reliable integrations for automated provisioning, identity and access propagation, lifecycle management, evaluation-score publishing, alert delivery, and data exchange with internal systems. You will define and version data contracts so downstream consumers do not break when upstream systems change.
You will design for real-world failure: retries, idempotency, backoff, backfills, reconciliation, drift detection, and monitoring of the integrations themselves. You will work closely with the Platform Engineer and Site Reliability Engineer, while owning the dependable automation that connects the platform with the wider engineering environment.

Requirements
- 4+ years of backend, platform, or integration engineering experience.
- Strong production experience in Python, TypeScript, or both.
- Experience designing and consuming APIs, webhooks, event-driven services, queues, and authentication flows.
- Experience defining, documenting, versioning, and evolving data contracts or schemas without breaking downstream consumers.
- Strong identity and access integration experience, including OIDC or SSO, service accounts, API-key lifecycle, and mapping groups to roles and permissions.
- Experience designing for failure: idempotency, retries, exponential backoff, partial-failure handling, backfills, and state reconciliation.
- Experience monitoring integrations so failures are found proactively rather than reported by users.
- CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code literacy.
- Experience collaborating with multiple internal system owners and managing technical dependencies across teams.
- Strong written and spoken English.

What does the interview process look like?
- Initial Interview: We’ll start with a friendly 45-minute cultural and technical interview. Two members of our team will assess your cultural fit, past experience, engineering expertise, the major challenges you’ve tackled, and discuss your ideal workspace.
- You can choose between two Technical Deep Dive options:
- Homework Assignment: If there’s a match, we’ll provide a brief homework assignment designed to take around 2 hours to complete. This will be followed by a 1-hour technical interview to discuss the homework and conduct a technical deep dive.
- Pair Programming: If you prefer not to do a homework assignment, we’ll have a 2-hour technical deep dive session focused on a practical integration-design scenario.
Regardless of the outcome, we will provide you with constructive feedback to help you grow.
