What you’ll be working on?
You’ll join a partner project focused on building SaaS applications and digital products from the ground up.
The work involves turning product ideas and business requirements into reliable, user-friendly applications that can be used by real customers. You’ll contribute to different parts of the product lifecycle — from designing and implementing new features to improving existing functionality and shaping the technical architecture.
The product ecosystem is built around a modern TypeScript stack:
- Backend: TypeScript, Node.js, Fastify
- Frontend: TypeScript, React, Next.js
- Database: PostgreSQL
- AI: Python-based AI agents
You’ll work on application features across the stack, while also having the opportunity to work with AI-powered functionality and intelligent agents.
This is a hands-on product engineering role where you’ll be expected to think beyond individual tickets and understand how the software you’re building contributes to the overall product and customer experience.
Your Role
As a Full-Stack Engineer, you’ll take ownership of building and delivering features for SaaS applications.
You’ll work closely with the team to understand product requirements, design technical solutions, implement features, and ensure that what we build is maintainable, scalable, and valuable to users.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Building and improving SaaS applications and web-based products
- Developing backend services and APIs using TypeScript, Node.js, and Fastify
- Building modern web interfaces using React and Next.js
- Designing and working with PostgreSQL databases
- Integrating AI-powered functionality and collaborating with Python-based AI agents
- Taking features from an initial product idea through design, development, and delivery
- Contributing to architectural and technical decisions
- Working across the stack rather than being limited to a single layer of the application
- Collaborating with engineers and stakeholders to understand requirements and solve technical challenges
- Writing clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
- Continuously improving the product, development process, and technical quality

Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Strong experience with TypeScript
- Professional experience with Node.js and backend development
- Experience with Fastify or a similar Node.js backend framework
- Experience building frontend applications with React
- Experience with Next.js
- Experience building web applications or SaaS products
- Solid understanding of REST APIs and web application architecture
- Experience working with PostgreSQL or another relational database
- Good understanding of software architecture and clean code principles
- Experience working with Git and modern development workflows
- Good understanding of testing and writing maintainable production code

What does the interview process look like?
- Initial Interview: We’ll start with a friendly 45-minute cultural and technical interview. Two members of our team will assess your cultural fit, past experience, and engineering expertise, the major challenges you’ve tackled, and discuss your ideal workspace.
- Technical Deep Dive: You can choose between two options:
- Homework Assignment: If there’s a match, we’ll provide a brief homework assignment designed to take around 2 hours to complete. This will be followed by a 1-hour technical interview to discuss the homework and conduct a technical deep dive.
- Pair Programming: If you prefer not to do a homework assignment, we’ll have a 2-hour technical deep dive session, primarily focused on pair programming.
