What you’ll be working on
You’ll be joining a dynamic partner project focused on building and maintaining a scalable web application using NestJS, React, and MongoDB. The product team defines the roadmap and priorities, while your team has complete autonomy over technical decisions, architecture, and implementation processes.

Your Role
As a Full-Stack Developer, you will:
- Design and implement robust, maintainable features using NestJS on the backend and React on the frontend.
- Apply Hexagonal Architecture principles to ensure scalability and clean separation of concerns.
- Take full ownership of your code — from understanding requirements to delivering high-quality, tested features to production.
- Work in a review-optional culture, where trust, quality, and independence are key.
- Collaborate with the product team to clarify requirements and align on priorities — without direct client interaction.

Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Full-Stack Developer
- Strong experience with NestJS, React, and MongoDB
- Solid understanding of Hexagonal Architecture (Ports & Adapters)
- Proven ability to deliver production-ready software independently
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make pragmatic technical decisions
- Excellent communication and documentation skills in English
- Proficiency with TypeScript across the stack
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment environments
- Experience in agile, self-organizing, or flat-team environments

What does the interview process look like?
